Lyme Bay Winery is full of people who are passionate about producing English Wines. Founded 25 years ago in Devon they have produced wines of outstading quality that have won awards from prestigious competitions including the International Wine and Spirit Competition, the Decanter World Wine Awards and many more.

A classic nose of crisp green apple, citrus and light honeysuckle. On the palate there is a baked apple and vibrant citrus lead, a creamy finish with just a hint of spice. A crisp and complex framework makes this wine an excellent match with food, and it also has the structure to support extended ageing.

12.5% ABV.
