1993 Allt-á-Bhainne 25 Year Old, The Cooper's Choice, Scotland

This 25 year old single malt began its life at Allt-á-Bhainne distillery in 1993. It was aged in a single American oak cask and finished its maturation in a Sauternes cask before bottling, by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for the Cooper's Choice series, in 2018.

ONLY 285 bottles produced at 47% ABV. Only 1 bottle remaining.

Wonderfully fruity fresh apricots, sweet tropical fruit aromas with fragrant baking spices and a hint of floral honey.

Cinnamon pancakes and pineapple, with a lovely palate of melted butter and a handful of fresh fruit, rounded of by malt sweetness.

Stewed fruit with more baking spices on a elegant finish.
